The Ten Of Wands is about being over burdened, carrying too much, unable to say no. It’s really about learning how to set our personal boundaries.

I talk about my journey in creating this podcast project, and how that felt like carrying even more burden but eventually being able to come to terms with what I’m carrying and how I carry it. You can read a written version of this episode here.
